Trebi’s Robotic Cells for Metalworking: Simplifying Supply Chains

Having designed and installed more than 500 robotic finishing cells, Trebi has realised that success in the metalworking robotic cell sector depends on the ability to simplify and automate the supply chain. Since 1985, we have been anticipating the needs of our partners, providing robotic cells that meet the foundries’ most advanced requirements. We have integrated the changes of the last three decades to design systems aligned with the latest market trends. Today, using state-of-the-art software and three-dimensional simulations, we are able to predict consumption, cycle times and finish levels before our robotic cells become operational, giving us a significant competitive advantage. We offer systems for various sectors, such as automotive, taps and fittings, lighting, furnishing and plumbing, all of which have a total process control in common. Our experience has enabled us to develop robotic cells for metalworking that monitor the efficiency and quality of the process. Adopting emerging technologies means having the right information at the right time. Since 1996, our robotic cells for metalworking have expanded to 21 countries, with us consolidating our presence with agents and dedicated personnel in about ten of them, including Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Turkey, Poland, the USA, China and Russia.
